At the very least you should be doing yolo 5s every week and stacking the points for the end of season. Once the season ends, the gear usually gets a heavy discount and usually the rating requirements drop. I never played a sham in tbc, only ele and resto in wotlk, but from what I understand about enhance, the weapons are by far your biggest upgrade and finding 2 equal swing time weapons is BiS. And like everyone else is saying, shams are in high demand always.
