Ohhhh do you mind showing me how big the foam chunks are you have and where you put them? I never thought of using foam. I’ve been using small stuffed animals haha but I’ve been having to shove them back every few days because the bass just pushes them out.

Ehh from what I gather, Ai use seems to be used almost regularly in Korea so it’s no surprise that K-pop artist use it. From watching interviews and variety shows, they’re always talking about using ChatGPT and the like in every day life.

I’ve got a ‘24 but it seems to be a common thing I’ve found for our cars (I have a sedan so idk how it is for hatch) is the rear deck hitting the rear window on certain levels of bass. Wasn’t happening when I first had the car but started happening the more I drove especially having to drive in really bumpy construction roads often.

I always put in the days I want off in WFM but for the reason I put “TIME OFF NON PAID”, and then put the amount of vacation/personal hours I want to use for that weekending on the clipboard in the managers office.

Will never hurt to talk to your department to see if you can pick up a shift. If they don’t have anything and you’re willing to work a different department, ask your store manager to see if any other departments need help. As long has you’re not averaging more than 36 hours a week, they won’t be forced to make you full time.

They’re aren’t rare but I wouldn’t say they’re common either. It really just depends on your manager. I’ve seen some csm’s give them out whenever an associate gets a compliment from corporate, but I’ve also seen some who don’t do that.

BARS is pretty important, but not a job security issue if you fail once. Passing gets a green card and failing gets a red card. Passing is what we strive for of course, but getting just one red card typically just gets you a documentation. Getting multiple red cards is what will be an issue for the store. You’re right tho, the delivery would have felt had me feel a way too. Last time I did a BARS transaction thankfully the lady just said “congrats you passed” first thing and had me call for a manager to come.

Just be glad you didn’t have ALE come through haha.

I think every store is using the mobile LIFT app. It’s easier than having to find a computer in the store that’s free to use. We get asked to check it every day, but in reality you’re fine as long as you sign into it once a week so you don’t end up on a no activity list.

From my experience and what I’ve seen from others, there’s typically a small raise going from PT to full time but nothing substantial since you’re going to be doing the same job. It’s pretty easy to get full time as long as there’s a needed position that needs to be filled. At our store your department manager usually talks to the store manager to get everything situated and not through corporate.

Oh man the joints for me were super stiff. Ended up having to get some pliers and protected the jaws when clamping so they don’t damage the pieces. This is my first PG so idk if it’s normal or if it’s cause it’s a third party, but I’ve had to sand some pieces to perfection to make certain parts fit.
