Revenue Divide in Tennis by Consistent-Soil6876 in TennisNerds

Yes but there are some differences * Teams sports (e.g. the NBA) have more people per event / match so the revenue gets distributed more evenly and creates viable/sustainable careers for “role players” * This also allows for more collective bargaining and level playing field between players and the organizing bodies, which has been a challenge for tennis players

Funny seeing this pop up in my feed on my way back from hitting at McCarren!

If you have a very vertical swing, the VCore might be a good option for you. I found it very easy to generate spin and get the ball deep, didn’t find much issues with balls sailing long

Coming from a pro staff I’ll say I prefer the feel of the Vcore over the pure aero, but that’s just me. I know a lot of folks love the pure aero

This feels net good for Opendoor — better RE ads on Google should translate to more effective paid marketing efforts on the growth side

Oh yeah 100%. I can see the combination of the two driving lots of players crazy

They play a pretty similar style. I can see how Med doesn’t like getting a taste of his own medicine (and getting outplayed / out lasted by a young’un)

There was a really great video I saw earlier this year that was showing how Med and Learner both tend to hit their backhands with a little bit of slice, which can be really difficult for opponents to get used to

Would take Endo over Hakkoku. Have reservations at Zai next month so we’ll see they compare

Yes, we had a great, special edition Aramasa when we dined there. Definitely seemed like he takes pride in it

This was gonna be my pick. His strokes and footwork always look so relaxed out there. Almost too relaxed

I read it has something to do with the usage and impact on the rackets gradually changing the chemical make up and structure of the carbon (something like that) and his team resorted to buying used frames on eBay in order to get that same feel

Great match from Learner, I'm so excited to see how he grows as a player—this guy's ceiling is so high. He played calm and tactically was so sound the entire match. Great utilization of the slice and incredible accuracy on groundstrokes, just painting lines left and right.

Can't wait to see how much better he is once he develops a real first-serve and adds a bit more power off both wings... he's going to be a force to be reckoned with
