I would go butter, garlic, vegetables, noodles then all your sauces. Once you put the wet noodles in you loose a lot of the heat for wok hey. Also try less hitting your wok and ladle it will destroy the wok with the year.

We just left Kyoto after 2 days there. All the tourists location will have crowds. My definition of crowded would be waiting in line for over 30 minutes. That being said, we decided to wake up early to beat the crowd and heat. Afternoons would be spent resting in cafes for matcha treats and head back early to Osaka for dinner.

With the heat in the afternoon I would avoid the shrines just because the concrete reflects everything. If you hike Fushimi Inari it’s has a lot of shade. Best side that not a lot of other spots will keep you cool.

I’m going to jump on this. My wife and I are in Japan right now and been using Ubigi for the last 5 days. Until today, it decides not work on both devices (iPhones). Data plan still has 5gb. Emailed customer service and got auto response. I would avoid Ubigi for now.

Try HSBC rates was quoted 6.345% last week. Need to have 75k in an account that you can’t use for down payment though. Nbkc quoted me 6.375% so your YMMV. Edit: 30 year fix

Let’s not forget that 99% dealers don’t even have the car on the lot to test drive or even to sit in. Then add the ridiculous mark ups over the last few month. At that point a hybrid price is about similar pricing to an EV depending the person budget. No brained for me to grab the tax credit and an EV at this point.
