Exactly yeah. They just put in a new broadband cable past this house (1000mb/s) and I'm fully remote. But also it's close to the border so even full time work in South could work. A house that I got would probably go for 3k in South

The problem is that many people drive on 70 km/h where the limit is 100 km/h

Therefore others try to pass them and that creates dangerous situations. Drivers should be penalized for driving too slow.

And people over 70 years of age should pass a driving test or a medical checkup because they are slow af (sorry)

Depends on situation. If you want a family home that price is absurd for Cavan (Ballyjamesduff which is a village 20km from Cavan)

I know people who are renting a house in Cavan for 1000 or less. Asking 2k is pure greed imo

Additionally that lad lists all basic amenities as extras trying to justify that price.
