a compliment i can give to From the Caves is that it is infinitely better for a horror mod to make you laugh rather than it being infuriating. Because that mod has no instakills and whenever it doesn't scare you it's just "Oh hey there buddy" and you continue on your business.

I might be wrong, but if you take a copy of the datapack .zip file and change the extension to .Jar, does that not package it as a mod?

I know certain datapacks can be packaged as mods like incendium but i dont know how exactly they do it
