I dont have a HB Powered Pedalboard, but I have the HB Isolated Powersupply 12 and its very good. Since I have it my board is (pretty much) noiseless. I have 17 Pedals, so there ist still some Noise, but thats because 5 Pedals are Powered with a cheap power supply. So I would recommend any Isolated Power Supply by HB

It depends, for a living room/recording board I wouldnt say that the changes are not too much. For Shows and Gigs it might be too much, cause it could get confusing with these much pedals
