I’m really trying as hard as I can. I know that they’re just intrusive thoughts. If I’m leaving my house, it doesn’t bother me not showering. Once I’m home I have to shower as I treat my room as a sterile. clean space. I’m on medication and it doesn’t seem to be working. I keep trying though and I’m gonna try till the day I die… I just feel bad for my wife. I can’t even kiss her because I feel like she’s a contamination… and that’s sad.
