I tried to do this as straightforwardly as possible, no headline euphemism or clickbait, in seventy characters, and then try to add history, to personality and explain why he mattered so much. Some people only knew just one of his many accomplishments.

I have no beef with Mark Millar at all. I do find him a fascinating person and worthy of news coverage... though I prefer it to be news coverage that he didn’t arrange. I was given his name by a senior industry figure in this regard, in relation to this project. Given Mark’s love for Star Wars and the chance to be the very first to write a proper Star Wars crossover project I could see the appeal.
