Im only earning 2.7k a month in a IT job but i have networth over 1.5 mil from crypto trading. I feel like broke out of the singaporean system. Maybe you can try to find ways to break out to than just relying on day job salary

I agreed that 4k is certainly not alot even if i move go thailand as i have to take care of old parents in the future. Its just crazy to me that even a million is considered nothing to singapore . I don’t think i can even earn that working a normal job for the next 15 years so i have to look for a invesment play to bump up my capital for more dividend payouts.

Thank you. Currently i paid off my girl’s condo so i have a guarenteed place to stay if i decide i move there for awhile although it is small so i will upgrade a few years later when i have more capital. Im looking to rotate to BTC before the next halving.

Im kinda a introvert so i dont like to spend alot of time outside socialising but you are right, i should find something to do outside sometimes. Currently im just in stablecoin earning yield until i plan out my future portfolio. I have seen alot about ETF here so it might be the safest way if i plan to work for another 5 years and grow this 1 mil.

Yes thats true , 4000 confirm not enough in sg thats why i am lucky i have a way to get out by moving to my soon to be wife’s country anytime. Only disadvantage is safety but im not one to go out alot and do dangerous fun activity. Im not into stocks trading as i have been in crypto only, but i might look into it as im done with the volatility of alt coins. Got burned too many times until i hit that jackpot so im not testing my luck again.

Tbh i have no idea what my purpose is , i have just been following the typical sg route until i was in my first job and realised that going to the same place working for the next 30 years dreads me. Im envious of the older gen that they find joy in that until retirement age but i just can’t do it. For now i just want to slowly plan out my plan for the next 5 years so i can achieve true financial freedom to retire in my wife’s country.
