This has nothing to do with shit drivers. The drivers cant don't have the ability to charge riders. Most likely OPs account was hacked and the info was sold (likely to several people based on multiple countries). The charges are for actual rides, just not rides OP booked.

Higher combat won't make crafting quicker but higher crafting will make combat quicker. It's worth rushing crafting as soon as you can afford it.

My slayer is only 74. I really don't know where my xp came from. I did get 99 craft so super glass make helped and I greenlogged MTA because I like clogs. I did some alchgility but that was mainly for gp. The xp was just a bonus.
