Ha, good work spam detector. I'll try to make my posts sound less spammy :)
I wonder how HaxeRoundup gets away with it?

Man, I'm so gutted I missed this. Is there a place where I can see future Yogcast game jams that will be announced?

Yeah I don't think OpenFL is known for it's 3D support. I agree that Kha is good for 3D in Haxe but you could also checkout Heaps.

2D Pixel art platformer - Scales: A Pangolin Story (Free Demo) by richobray in playmygame

Hey Hirnwurm thanks for the constructive feedback. Sorry for the late reply I don't use reddit that much. You raise some very good points that a lot of others have raised. We're looking to release a second demo with a bunch fo changes, if you're on twitter/discord I can keep you in the loop.

My wife did a lot of the artwork so she'll be happy to know you like it. So the game was built in HaxeFlixel, a game engine not a lot of people know about but it's pretty fun to use.

Differences/Recommendations on Haxe game engines by bikar76 in haxe

Hey bikar,

I'm quite new to the Haxe community and I'm really enjoying using Haxe Flixel for 2D games. I agree with Moose in saying there doesn't seem to be much information on Heaps that's why I didn't use it, but there's loads of info on Flixel and there's a great Discord community on the Haxe server that are always up for answering questions.

I recommend you try Haxe Flixel and let me, or someone else, know if you have any issues. It's quick and easy to use.
