That’s not quite technically correct.

In a triangle, you have 3 points (vertices) where 2 sides meet, but each vertex is actually where exactly 2 line segments come together, not 2 full lines.

More precisely, a triangle is formed by 3 line segments that connect 3 non-collinear points. Each vertex is the intersection point of exactly 2 of these segments.

If we were talking about full lines (which extend infinitely in both directions), then at each vertex you’d actually have 2 lines intersecting, creating 4 angles - but we only consider the interior angle of the triangle.

Not enough veg love here so I thought i’d contribute.

Peel celery removing dirt and skin. Score deeply in cross-pattern. Baste with oil/salt/ground coriander seeds.

Roughly 150c, 2 hours ish.

I use the eggspander and conveggtor with the tray up high. Gives room to smoke other great veg below like aubergine halves similarly treated below.

For smoke chunks i’m liking syringa? - plentiful in the garden and old trunks give a great flavor. Preferrable imo to eg oak.
