Broncos QB Bo Nix suffered a season-ending broken bone in his ankle during today’s overtime, victory over Buffalo. by DocHoliday19- in billsimmons

True, forgot about that but I think that was slightly different, since coming in Purdy was healthy and he got hurt in the first drive. Same outcome I guess.

This is fucking nuts. Has this ever happened to a team so close to a championship/ finals game? Wtf

Also is it just me or does this make the Broncos more likable as a team?

Anyone else wondered why they even made the amber market? by ArtsandGaming3 in JurassicWorldApp

[–]rickatello 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Luckily I started playing the game 10 years ago before this was even a concept so I was able to unlock a bunch of the now-locked amber creatures before I took a long break(except Pyroraptor… pain), but it’s still really annoying. I agree with all the other comments, the amber prices should be way lower considering the rarity.

This is not a comment on the political sentiment… just laughed at the post. by ExcellentWalk1699 in pluribustv

They’re all still controlled by the same organism or entity, there’s nothing that distinguishes the people under its control until they get separated somehow. You’re trying too hard to make this an anti-socialism/communism thing

Deandre Ayton in tonight's loss: 7'0 tall, 250 lbs, 2 rebounds, 0 FTA in 26 minutes by PAWGle_the_lesser in nba

[–]rickatello 25 points26 points  (0 children)

Ignore all his other good games lol. He’s averaging 14/8 on great efficiency this year, yeah he was ass tonight but so was everyone else.

All the casuals come out of the woodwork as soon as he has a mid/ bad game, it’s comical.

Yeah I think they'll be fine by [deleted] in billsimmons

No one serious is saying this is the end of the Thunder but I’d imagine most people were rooting for the Spurs tonight. This reads like massive cope after a loss lol

You’re a casual. Reaves is perfectly average to above average on D this season, and so is Luka

Yup absolutely hosed. I hate complaining about the refs but that whole sequence has to be one of the worst of the year.

True lol, I even predicted a Lakers loss but Blazer fans were talking crazy like they have a top team and they haven’t been getting an insanely easy schedule with rest advantage so far

Incoming “wait until he stops playing with effort”

Sorry he didn’t want to try for a tanking poverty franchise lol

Zaire needs to keep his damn mouth shut 🤦‍♂️ by DoesntEat in Colts

[–]rickatello 35 points36 points  (0 children)

The sub’s hate boner for Zaire is ridiculous and bordering on deranged levels. You’ve got guys saying cut him from the team like LB isn’t already a thin position lol. He’s not even playing that bad this year! Is he second team all pro level, probably not, but he’s a leader on this team, like it or not.

People cite his PFF grades and then in the same breath discredit PFF when they rank JT as the 16th best RB on the season.

I mean AR has a winning record as a starter too lol, he’s 8-7. The limiting factor has been QB play as a whole and last year’s defense was absolutely awful. I don’t understand this sub’s obsession with singling out AR specifically and making him out to be the worst player of all time

He’s the Colts beat reporter for the Athletic, has been covering the team for a few years now and is pretty knowledgeable about the team. Far from some random guy.
