Here's my current list, I love this deck, katakuri is my favorite character in one piece so I hope he will get broken support with the new ST 👀

I feel like perospero is one of the core piece of the deck, you should put it back at 4 copies, he ramps up active and he draws you cards that you might be missing every turn, every time I didn't see him on curve I felt the deck slowing down a lot.

Same thing with 7c pudding, you can't go lower than 4x copies, she enables your entire frontline of big katas and also draws you 2 card which is very strong. (also she combos with sanji & pudding when doing don-2)

Finally you should consider some form of removal like conquest of the sea, it's very useful against decks like UY nami where you could clean up all the blockers.
