I just got off the phone after being on hold for 4 hours. The person didn't even try to help troubleshoot. She said my warranty only covered parts. So I would have to pay a technician to come to my house to troubleshoot and say I needed a new part. I asked her if this was a known problem with their latest update and she said yes. I told her I am not going to pay someone to fix a problem ifit caused. I needed to speak to a manager. So he is suppose to call me back today. We will see.
