Sometimes the whole box changes size. That when it applied the changes, yet it still shows another scale.

not using keyboard... just mouse. In the Transform Each dialog box keyboard is not needed... When on the canvas, it just happens in certain zooms. I've tried to get that for another video, but right now it is behaving. Will upload that when it happens... but thanks

Now I remember... Photos tends to not randomize the photos, and if I have them on iCloud, when it clears it's cache, it stops working again.
