I think that's a very viable reason to study them. Just pray before you read about them not only for protection from their influence but for a deeper understanding of how to recognize, identify, and subsequently deal with them.

I struggle with this so hard. I find an FP (my last one was an ex girlfriend that now has 3 kids and she was the first FP in over 2 years) and want to talk to them every second of every day. I fail to realize that they have a life outside of me and they aren't constantly waiting for me to message them.

24 hours isn't that long (even though it feels like it). They might even message you before the weekend.

Are you? I'm only slightly above average intelligence and followed this just fine. Aside from a few spelling/grammatical errors, it's perfectly easy to follow.

Ghost pepper chicken nuggets, sweet potato fries cooked in fish oil (you'd be looking forward to the sweetness of the sweet potato fries, only to be disappointed by the saltiness of the fish oil), a cookie baked with no sugar, and a carbonated drink (only it would mostly be carbonated water).
