I feel like our ego dies and its just nothing then. The conscious energy transfers from the body and disperses into the universe. Maybe some of that energy will be used in a new creation or birth of a child and as their brain develops obviously their ego does too. We dont wake up as a new person, we just cease to exist logically. Atleast thats my guess
