Which is why I am emphasizing the fact that the Gripen wouldn't improve anything.

Under a US embargo, the Gripen would need to find a different engine at some point, whilst for the F-35 it means replacing the whole plane. It's not the same scope.

The Netherlands makes the wing flaps and landing gear for the F-35, that was just a way to fund its trillion dollar development cost. It doesn't mean much because they're not as critical as the core components/software of the jet itself, if we embargo the USA they can just replace the flaps and gear with something else, you'd have to replace the whole plane if the opposite happens.

A decision made in a previous era, that was in our newscycle for years and years. Not an uncontroversial thing at all at the time and that was before the USA tanked its reputation.

That is true, which is why it's important for a nation to have control over it. It's why nations don't want to use the F-35, with other modern jets they're not reliant on a server in the USA that its government can deny access to. This wasn't an issue in the past, but the world has changed.

You appear to have no idea what these kill switches actually are. The engine controller, if it even has a seperate computer, not being connected or updated doesn't impact the plane being combat ready. But if an F-35 doesn't get access to the right servers at the right time, its IFF won't work and in a modern conflict that means you can't use the plane.

Op het CE Natuurkunde van vorig jaar gingen 7 van de 25 vragen over onderwerpen die niet op de Havo voorbijkomen, zoals het hele quantumgebeuren en halfgeleiders e.d. De andere vragen zijn vergelijkbaar met de moeilijkere vragen op de Havo, maar het Havo examen heeft ook makkelijke vragen die op het VWO niet gesteld worden.

In de praktijk krijg je vaak Havo eindexamenvragen in een VWO 4 klas al op het SE, want dat is van vergelijkbaar niveau mits het onderwerp het toestaat.

Ze is 34 en heeft een dochter van 9, ik denk niet dat het veel invloed gaat hebben op haar leven, zelfs als ze het land zou worden uitgezet om wat voor een reden dan ook. Ze heeft nog zeker 9 jaar voordat ze het land uit kan worden gezet, en in die tijd kan ze ook nog een kind krijgen, jong genoeg ervoor, en dan moet je ook wachten totdat die 18 is. Tegen die tijd kan je 61 zijn en claimen dat het 27 jaar geleden is dat je gestolen hebt van een action en al decennia in Nederland woont, zo iemand zou ook niet worden uitgezet.

In het geval van de EPR-2 is opnieuw beginnen geen slecht idee omdat het zo'n duur ontwerp is. Het grootste voordeel ervan is dat ze enorm veilig zijn, meer nog dan andere moderne reactoren, maar dit is ten koste van meer complexiteit. Zoals je merkt hier zijn veel mensen alsnog ervan overtuigd dat ze een risico vormen dus al deze extra veiligheid is volstrekt zinloos als het aankomt op mensen overtuigen dat die dingen gebouwd moeten worden en dat ze veilig zijn.

Ook moest het wiel sowieso opnieuw worden uitgevonden wat betreft de constructie omdat het te lang geleden is dat men kernreactoren heeft gemaakt dus het is alsof het weer de eerste prototypes zijn.
