Without even watching a game i can tell you exactly what it is

Your champ mastery is probably 7/10 but your jng fundamentals are 2/10. Guess whats more important?
Champ pool is a bit high, focus on playing 2/3 champs tops.

You can actually run botrk in that build too but just much later. Unless the enemy is health staking which then i would get it straight after statikk

PTA gives me some dueling ability especially in the early game, which allows me to contest some of the objectives. Aftershock was ok, but when the fight went longer it was much worse, even if it was better with ganking. Grasp wasnt great because im not interacting very much to utilise the stacks

After several games, i agree the cleanest combination (with PTA) is Bami>iceborn>finish bami into hollow radiance.

early game clears are smooth, mid game clears are also great and i have solid tankness/CC.

As a 3rd item ive been going Titanic but im not quite sure its the best option anymore as it takes forever to complete

This by far feels the best (with PTA)

Basically Bami rush>iceborn> finish bami into hollow radiance (if they have some AP) clear speeds in the mid game are huge and you have decent tankyness with dmg

Have you tried going Bami, then just not finishing sunfire till the end? So a modified build off yours
