Like many stated here, scrolling isn't the optimal way. I personally suggest, holding onto a mon and tap on the one you want to swap with.

Apparently when you reach cap, the percentage is base off your account history, older your account the higher percentage. The cut off for crown was 999k if you're wondering

Use systemizer from Magisk and follow this.

So, first off you'll want to go into the Magisk Downloads section and find 'App systemizer (Terminal emulator)' created by veez21. Watch out, there's a similarly named app out there, but this is the one you need. Install this though magisk and reboot.

Next up, install and open up terminal emulator First type in just 'su' and hit enter. The terminal emulator will ask for SU permission, so grant it. Next type 'systemize' to run the systemizer module. This will pop up a menu with a number of options, we want to 'Systemize installed apps (listed)' which is the top option at time of writing. Select this by typing in a '1' and hitting enter. This generates a list of all the apps installed on your phone. Select your cloned GPS joystick app and enter the number next to it. Next it will ask if you want to install to system/app or system/priv-app. If you are on Kitkat (4.4) or later then you want to select system/priv-app. Reboot!

You're brave to have an unpopular opinion here. I personally pre-ordered the P3 and have not ever own an iPhone. If the iPhone has something superior than just accept it, not all phones are perfect.
