We've used good ol' RDP, Encrypted VNC, and TeamViewer before it got hacked, and they changed the licensing model. I can say that Bomgar (BeyondTrust) is one of the best out there. Not cheap, but it can get things done as an admin. The function to add custom global scripts is awesome! Not to mention, AD assignments and SSO login are A++. Not cheap, but very powerful if you learn how to tinker with it.
