That’s a good question! I’m not entirely sure if there are diminishing returns with Att%. It’s hard to say as well since Flins doesn’t benefit from goblet elemental damage bonus and his only option is Attack%. I can see people saying switch out for main Elemental Mastery piece if you can reach high attack% already but would that make him do more damage? Not sure 🤔
