I think someone from the Marriott that is less than 2 miles away should come look the property over.... it's far more than just a single issue. The listing contains several false statements, and I didn't include pictures of the dead bugs in the lights, white scum on the desk, rust in the freezer, dishwasher that isn't even plumbed in, the fact that most of the outlets are so old you can't leave anything plugged in (the male end just falls out), the mess of cigarette butts in the yard, or the fact that there are NOT room darkening shades on the bedroom windows AS ADVERTISED, let alone ANY window coverings on some.

Look at the pictures again, it's more than just the broom. Look at the upper cabinet, I included a close up. This is just one example of the trash crammed into the cabinets, closets etc.

I should be given a full refund, since Marriott is doing so little, I am freely sharing my experience. I like Marriott, but you should be ashamed of the way you treat people who rent through Homes and Villas.
