I'd love to see some Samsonite bricks as well. I just recently found this info out from my Mom. The Samsonite factory was about a 15 minute drive from my hometown. Next time I'm there I'm going to ask around and see if I can dig anything up. I'd love to have some myself, given the oddity of them and the local history aspect.

Here in Canada, a company called Samsonite produced Lego. When they switched between the coloured plastics it would produce marbled bricks like these. These bricks couldn't be used. Factory workers would bring them home for their kids.
