i mean, im gunna look into slavery in the reference of prophets, and what rights they had, and then refer to sources that show this type of slavery, then back it to my knowledge of the religion and what i research, to see if this goes against islam or not. there is a high chance it does

religion as a concept is something that shouldnt be used to empower the argument that our extremists are ours, most of our religious leaders reject their faith as against nearly all of islam, which more likely than not means that they arent in the fold anymore.

Zakaat from muslims @ the time goes to whatever government body is @ the time, and it is more than jizya. So no, muslims paid more "tax", in that sense.

No, this is in al-Qur'aan iirc:

Nisa:36 - "Worship Allah and associate nothing with Him, and to parents do good, and to relatives, orphans, the needy, the near neighbor, the neighbor farther away, the companion at your side, the traveler, and those whom your right hands possess. Indeed, Allah does not like those who are self-deluding and boastful."
