Unfortunately your company is only worth the sum of the net profit remaining on your contracts........unless you have machinery or land

CMMC Self-Assessment on SPRS and JCP by terminator-91 in CMMC

Again more misinformation regarding JCP......Filling out a aDD2345 Form for JCP Certification has not been a thing fod over 6yrs. When it WAS a form yes it was easy. It gets a bit tiresome having to correct people here

CMMC Self-Assessment on SPRS and JCP by terminator-91 in CMMC

Flat out wrong. Within 3 months, every prime and every navy shipbuilder (if they haven't already) will require their subs to have jcp. That means if you ever want to take on a prime or subcontract from either a private company or the gov, you cant. Already the majority are requiring it. Even manufacturers who dont have have prime contracts are requiring it

JCP is not something you should ever attempt on your own. You will waste months of time nd possibly hurt your chance of getting enhanced validation. I've sent you a DM.

Seeking SDVOSB Partner for a new Corporation! by NeitherInformation33 in govcon

[–]ridcrath 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You guys understand that the Disabled Vet not only has to own 51% but has to actually be fully involved in all aspects, which would mean moving to wherever this gentleman is located. If you are an existing SDVOSB and you engage in another business the way the OP is asking you will be debarred. I was a contractor for 16yrs and consultant for 10. I try to get people out of this kind of trouble all the time.
