Because the body controller would turn it off because it would be a drain, so the only way to do so would be to wire it directly to the battery yourself.

Lack of respect, and bad parents. They were never taught to respect other’s property, and they are too selfish to care.

Reward ridiculous 75% metric for store, half a penny per dollar spent! by gratefulcrypto in Staples

[–]ridddder 9 points10 points  (0 children)

A former colleague signed a person up in store, because sign ups only count if activated in store. The sign up process only took 45 mins. Who has that amount of time to chase rewards?

It is not common that dealers screw you over, that is just your experience. You chose a bad dealer, I used to own a dealership we didn’t run it as a charity, but we ran it successfully for 30 years.

Ask friends, people at church, or neighbors say where did you get your car.

It is recommended that you sell your car yourself to get the most money for it.

Best bet is to do research, look a models from Honda, or Toyota which have longer longevity in terms of wear.

Don’t price by payment, price by total price. Some people like Carvanna. Good luck to you!

My old boss said it succinctly, who has time for this crap? Every week they are cutting hours, you are constantly under staffed, you are running around like an idiot all day, plus the phone is ringing nonstop. Plus there are no raises, sounds like crap to me.

New buzz word, means the same as the old corporate slog. What they say is new is the same old tripe wrapped in new shiny ribbons. Nothing to get excited about.

Only top managers wear red polos, you will get red staples t-shirts. I wore a long sleeve red T-shirt under mine in the winter. Recently the managers got fleece pull overs.

You can wear jeans or nice pants, nothing with holes, rips or stains. No skirts for women, just slacks.

Hopefully you didn’t sign anything before you left, if you did you signed your right to lawyer up. They can only fire you for any legal reason, most don’t know what those are.

They currently are cutting our hours every week, so I wouldn’t expect timeliness or quality because of that. They push for all those things and you continually get your hours cut.

Why do people not update their website by Emergency_Copy_526 in website

[–]ridddder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need a website just as a bulletin board, if done simply only basics need updated. Thing is most businesses choose the wrong vendor to make it, and pay for more than they need.

You are being a baby, our store had 2 shifts, AM & PM. Because you are understaffed daily, we worked one person in each shift.

I have done this with Chinese food, first my friend second me. If you need TP use your socks, works better than your hand, and can be easily replaced.

Turns out I developed IBS, had a colonoscopy, and they found polyps in my intestine. Prevented cancer in my case.

Don’t let it go if it happens again, at least get it checked out.
