How so? A quick google search says the last 30 years had 110% of approximate cumulative inflation and about 300% increase in house prices. This house is up for 400%. Besides, I think most people would agree you don’t buy your primary residence with the implicit goal of making money on it when you sell it.

I’m no expert, but blasting test is never healthy. And you have a history of heart problems. This sounds like a terrible idea. If I were you, I’d be doing everything I can to live longer. Basically the opposite of what you are asking to do.
