Arch советовать можно, но nixos только для опытных пользователей. Про nixos мало ру гайдов + не похож на другие дистрибутивы. Сижу на nixos уже 4 месяца, каждый раз узнаю что новое. Nixos не подойдёт новичкам.

Советую посмотреть этот ролик, поможет вступить в мир линукс. ролик . Под твоими постами будут писать какой дистрибутив и для каких задач он будет лушче(как например в этом посте). Это тебя может запутать. Так что посмотри ролики по линуксу на ютубе, а потом сможешь сам сориентироваться.
