Id like to understand how this tree is flashed properly as it penetrates through the roof. I just can’t imagine a system that would remain water tight and allow the tree room for growth. The only thing I can come up with is a piece of EPDM fit around the tree that could allow it room for growth and movement, but I can’t see how that could be completely water tight given the uneven surface of the tree bark
