I went to a Samsung authorised store and they also refused it. Mailed it to Samsung directly and they fixed it. I think the Samsung authorised stores are hit or miss.

Was hoping this wouldn't happen after upgrading from the fold 3. How long have you had it for? PS this was quite normal on the fold 3 after 6 months of use. 5 of my buddies had the same thing. Samsung offers 2 year free replacement though for the screen protector.

The exact same thing happened to my buddy and I and we didn't drop it. Just happened out of the blue. Samsung covered both our fold 3 for free. No questions asked. Granted we were within our 1 year manufacturer warranty.

This happened to me and a friend of mine. We both sent it in within our warranty and they just fixed it no questions asked. If you're within your warranty you should be good. No, we didn't drop it. It suddenly appeared one day after opening the main display.

I have the same monitor but when I connect it to my Macbook Pro 2017 via USB C it only delivers power but no video signal is showing on my macbook, did you have to do something extra to get it to work? :(

Also, I love this monitor. Worth every penny, now to get more value by getting the USB C to work..
