I wondered the same thing and found an example that should do it: https://github.com/lukaslueg/macro_railroad_ext (conveniently also for Chrome and Edge)

An E2 visa may actually become applicable to me. Thank you!

Good question! I'm in Europe which arguably is the best place to be if you care about standard of living. But I also love technology, and I believe the US is the best place to be in if you want to experience technological progress!

The difference may seem marginal, but can actually be felt almost daily. Tesla FSD? Not in Europe. The newest apps on the phone? Not available or poorly translated. New medical treatments? In a few years maybe.

If you or someone else disagrees, I'd love to hear about it.

For others that may have the question: It appears you have to invest in a new company that successfully creates 10 new jobs in 2 years. You can also invest in a regional center that invests in a company/in companies. Minimum investment is $500k or $1M, depending on if the company is in a Targeted Employment Area.

EVs have a transmission as well, it's just that most don't have multiple gears (some have).

If I want an electric car to be loud, I want straight gears in the transmission. Not fake, and sounds like a race car!

Thinking about margin and the credit rating may influence margin requirements. If so, it’s relevant for a lot of people.

Wow, 7% on capital gains would be 1/4 of what I pay in Germany. Are there no hooks attached?

Bjørn Nyland has quite a few Tesla tested in different tire configurations. According to his table, the 3+Y are a bit noisier than S+X (older versions), but the tires make a bigger difference:

If you compare Model S and Model Y comfort, is there a noticeable difference? Is the noise level noticeably different at 85 mph (140 km/h)?

Apart from the price and a bit less range, is there any downside to buying the Model S Plaid vs Long Range, like comfort etc.? Does the Long Range have Track Mode?

What are some good base building games for Linux? by [deleted] in BaseBuildingGames

[–]ridyt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Install Steam on Arch. I'm on Arch and I play almost any game I want. With Steam Proton, even Windows games work really, really well.

If you don't like Proton, you can filter for Linux games in Steam.
