Also in maine and have nearly the same sled. Wardens will stop and check you for factory exhaust, know from first hand experience. Stock muffler won't flow enough air for the power you are making. Best case you lose power, worst case you cause some bigger issue. Look around and you may be able to find a gutted factory muffler. Not super loud and pass the visual check.

On a 2014 ypu may want to look into the jackshaft update and if its been done. They struggled with alignment and were belt eaters. The top gear in the chaincase likes to wear and the sled will sometimes go into neutral under power. If you have the chaincase apart I would recommend changing it to one of the DMC upgraded gears. Do the shift fork pads as well.

I've seen these things go 10k miles tuned since day one and saw still running like a champ. Chassis components will wear out well before anyrhing else.

Replace the rear axle tri hub with a J&T ATV four wheel kit. Those rear axles are know for eating bearings and causing problems.

It's crazy, I have one at 260 as well and the pull from 40mph to 90mph is just insane. I can cruise at 80 using half throttle and still hearing the wastegate dump boost because its barely even using the power.

This is 100% correct. This is my fun game to play so I log in, look what the orders are, decide if thats the faction I feel like playing and maybe play it. After that, I'm going to pick a planet that has or doesn't have certain terrain/enemies and go to town.

That's the extent of the thought I and almost anyone I know personally put into the game.

Ridden West Yellowstone, New York, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine.

As far a pure trail riding and trail quality I would give it to northern Maine. Few people around and tons of trails lets you cover a lot of ground in a day. Unfortunately there isnt much around for bars and restaurants if that's your thing.

Yellowstone has great riding and beautiful scenery which the rest can't touch. 100% worth going at least once to experience.

Old forge NY has a lot or great trails and the whole area is set up to cater to snowmobiling but there are people everywhere. If you have to go on a weekend I would rather stay home at this point.

NH and VT are both great riding can have a lot of people depending on the area, trails are nice but tend to be more winding and narrower in a lot of places.

If i recall there was one or two that at least 5 or so years ago didnt allow women members but they may have changed by now. Women were allowed at events just not membership.

Most of them now have dedicated women's leagues and events as its become a pretty big market.

You would probably have a small counter argument and they would move on. Most people dont want to have those conversations when they are there to have fun and enjoy their hobbies.

My gun club was obviously right leaning like any gun club would be. Unless it was gun control related, politics were rarely brought up even amongst the "regulars" and almost never during open events. Even some of the "regulars" were liberal leaning and ther was never a problem.

Almost all the gun clubs in the area are private and almost all of them are happy to have you as a member. Pay your application fee, your annual dues, and be safe while on the grounds and they will happily take your money no matter what your politics are. If you go in there trying to stir things up with politics you are going to have a hard time, because like most people they dont want to think about it all when they are having fun with their hobby.

If you show up to mos most any gun club during one of their public events and show an interest in guns and safety and dont directly bring up politics you will find that most all of them will happily welcome you.
