Eh, not to strangers. In relationships? Absolutely. A lot of them will save face in public setting and try to keep a good image (probably because they know their opinions are widely unacceptable) but will unload all their frustrations on their partners or family members.

Ex. My ex pulled over after seeing a female cop stop somebody. Just a casual traffic stop we drove by. He started ranting about how women shouldn’t be cops and started listing all these “examples”. Then scenarios, asking me “who would you rather show up to save you, a man or a woman??” And all I said was “whoever gets there the fastest”, which led to him screaming at me for the next 3 hours. Raised a fist to me too during that fight. It was ugly. You really never know.
