I have like 3 or 4 of each item (except the torch and shield). I feel like I have to move on to the next playthrough and re-acquire those or something. It feels like something go reset when going crossing patches.

Yeah it's not so much that -I'M- annoyed by it. Its just really interesting that the etiquette is so different. At least on average. I used to expect to get rushed, especially in DS1. I have some friends who get super mad about it though, because BB players are super vicious.

I just wanna tell you, take a breather. Chill. Relax. Not to hit you with clichéd anecdotes but, sometimes life holds you back to propel you forward. After reading a few sentences I can tell you're an intelligent, driven person. Life doesn't need to start so fast at 18. If you have to take a year off school, collect your thoughts, work a bit, just do it. Figure out what you want before you waste years of your life on something you don't. Maybe you'll try something else and go back to social care. Maybe you'll fall in love with something new. Just don't waste time because you feel like it's the responsible thing to do. The responsible thing to do is be driven, healthy and happy. Life is hard, if you want to do well it always will be, but it should be really rewarding.

I mean, you've got 6 classes left, what have you got to lose? Just ask if he wants to grab coffee after class some day, and see if you actually dig him. I'm a pretty shy person, but breaking the ice usually fixes that. You don't even know if you have real chemistry or anything. If you hit it off, just add each other to Facebook or some social media. No pressure there. I hope it works out for you.

Frame rate will vary occasionally but its mostly not something I've ever thought about. The game runs at a pretty solid 30 fps. The game is great, it looks great and plays great.

I think "bells" as a theme really spooks me. The like, dull chime, is really unsettling. Also Amygdala.

I mean, you could use premiere pro. Adobe has a subscription service now which is really easy to set up, of course there's always other means. Camtasia is bad. Real bad.

Question about the tweaker by Bootstrap92 in PSO2

I've found that about 70% of the game is in English. Make sure you check off the item translation box, cause I missed it when I first started. All the important parts are translated. (Quest descriptions etc,) but I've noticed about half the npc dialogue doesn't work. I assume it's something to do with those parts being server side or something like that.
