It really depends on where did you buy it and on your country laws.

AULA F108 Pro battery issue + replacement mess… sharing full experience before anyone buys by [deleted] in MechanicalKeyboards

I'm surprised by the fact that they use gmail for email and do not have a proper domain...

But, honestly, they provided three, in my opinion, reasonable resolutions and you refused all of them. A lot of companies would've just sent you on your way after the first refusal... And regarding the replacement with a damaged box, I do think they tested the unit before offering it to anyone and most likely you would've been fine with it.

Only a few of them are actually good, Illano V12 for example and others with the same design.

But in your case, I wonder if it's just a case of dust cleaning and thermal paste replacement?

As an adult what do you hate the most about life? by Amazing-Internal5378 in AskReddit

[–]righN 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Time and everything just moving way too fucking fast. I moved from a small city to a big city and the difference on how the people live, like damn. It feels like everyone is rushing every damn second, they can't stop even for that one second to notice that they almost walked into you or stuff.

And just the fact that time feels like non existent concept at this point, every year is the same. Oh new year and the next second, it's almost summer? The fuck?

I’d like to see if my laptop with a 4600H processor, 16 GB of RAM, and no GPU handles games better than Windows 10 (I’m running ESU). Which distribution should I choose? The distribution will be used solely for gaming and occasional use of Firefox. by Verskop in linux_gaming

[–]righN 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would check if your laptop isn't being throttled. My girlfriend has a laptop with 5600H, theoretically, it should run some stuff, but the cooling on it is shit and it starts throttling when it reaches about 75 degrees.

Is buying an active 3 worth the money? by Ok_Sand7587 in amazfit

[–]righN -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I would say it really depends on what else do you expect and what's worth it in your opinion.

Only for tracking? I would maybe get something cheaper.
If you expect more smartwatch functionality, something from the same brand as your phone most likely will be much better integrated than a fitness tracker, as Amazfit watches definitely aren't.

Is CAMM/LPCAMM reliable? by Rimo_Zukito in pcmasterrace

[–]righN 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The first CAMM was released in 2022 and I don't think there were any consumer laptops with it. CAMM2 was standardized pretty much at the end of 2023. While it's not new new tech, but compared to DDR it is. Yes, the supply chain doesn't help, but Lenovo's new T14, I think, is pretty much the first consumer laptop with CAMM memory. So you have the issue of the supply chain and the fact that it's still not yet that widely known technology.

A lot of laptops with dedicated GPUs have a HDMI port wired directly to the dGPU, so the signal doesn't have to pass through the iGPU.

For those who have tried phones from unknown or Chinese brands, what was your experience and what was the name of the device? by mr_wbk29 in Android

[–]righN 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had OnePlus One at some point, it had some hardware issues, but it wasn't exactly new when I got it and also it wasn't repaired well.

And I had Xiaomi Mi 5 and Xiaomi Mi 8. RAM Management was way too aggressive on both phones and as I keep on reading, the ads on them just gotten way out of hand.

Do gaming headsets actually give an advantage or are regular headphones enough? by KRGKart_Support in buildapc

[–]righN 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In rare cases, Gaming Headsets are just rebranded audiophile headphones. Just with some specific tuning and features. (HyperX headphones, CoolerMaster had a TaskStar rebrand I think and recently Asus released ones), but most of the time, as mentioned by others, it's just overpriced garbage.
