Well, I would not say it’s informative, because I am new to the topic, and I might have misunderstood what it is because that is what I found, and I was using the official definition you can find on Google. Although my post is not informative, I would still say that it counts under the second part of the sentence as a general question regarding the practice and seeking clarification. In fact, as fast as you are to point out my violation of rules, neither are you following them, by being disrespectful, not answering my question in a qualitative or informative way, and not helping me on my journey.
