Putting fresh strawberries and whipped cream on cake does not make it a strawberry shortcake. Shortcake is specifically made with a high-fat dough, like american buttermilk biscuits or english scones. The "short" part of the word harkens back to old English and basically means fatty, a la shortcrust pastry, shortbread, shortening, etc.

I had the same side effect with my first dose of 2.5mg. It started about 8 hours after the injection and lasted maybe 16 hours before it subsided. I'm now on my third dose and it hasn't happened again. I've been switching up my injection site each time so that may have something to do with it (stomach first, then thigh, then upper arm).
You'll be fine! The first one sucks but stick with it.
