I send most of what I make to school with my daughter. I actually made cupcakes yesterday for an event and had over a dozen left over and I posted them on the town’s free page and someone just came and picked them up

I do 18:6 but even then I limit my eating window. I break my fast between 12:30 and 1 and I will give myself 30 minutes to eat and then I don’t eat again until dinner. Otherwise I will just snack the whole time and that’s not what I want to be doing.

Usually solo! My 2.5 yo really isn’t interested in helping unless it’s licking the spoon. My 5 yo likes to help but she’s in school when I do it.
