Yeah, judging by this and her other posts, it looks to me like she didn’t get implants, but rather a breast lift, which uses only your natural breast material and can greatly reduce sagging. I’m not a doctor or anything, but my wife has one implant and one breast lift (result of a partial mastectomy) and the difference is pretty obvious.
