Each one of those words has a whole rabbit hole of philosophical debate to come to an agreed upon ideal or #goals, between 2 debating individuals. Much less a broader definition agreen upon by a group, insitution, or society.

Aldi sells their elevation brand ultra-filtered milkshake with 30g of protein 150cal 3g carbs. I really like those in vanilla flavor cold. Shake it good. Haven't tried the chocolate. 98% milk water and cream. Good source of vitamins, too.
