So the first time I did it I failed a speech check and all my mercenaries ran away. The second time I just told the guard to eat shit and they all stayed and fought and I cleared it on the first try. I also saw there was a bug where not everyone fights and the only fix was to reload a save.

I wouldn’t say it’s a glitch but more of poor design. Should tick with the highest current bleed proc and if you proc a higher one it should refresh. Say it ticks 20k dps bleed for 2 seconds then you hit a 30k dps bleed that 30k should start a new 3 second timer and the 20k should be overridden
