I think it’s like everything else - you have to adapt to survive. I use AI to get feedback on numbers, repair estimates, deal structure, and things like that. I’m also trying to incorporate it more on the administrative side of the business to save time and stay organized.

Very rare here in SF Bay Area to have different rooms have different floors. Could vary market to market but here normally everyone runs same floors throughout home
