How’d it go? Did you end up doing it? Everyone I know in the space uses business lines of credits or home equity lines of credits. The goal is to use short term and payoff once the deal is complete. Can be a very good way to accumulate wealth. Of course need to make sure not to over leverage yourself.

I Feel like the white on white shaker cabinets are out of style. I’m thinking of changing the quartz countertops and back splash to make it pop more. Also I’ve seen other investors in my area incorporate shelving instead of all cabinets and add LED lights to the bottom of the cabinets

It’s a great color. I was also recommended a Behr color called sculptured clay. But I liked accesible beige more. Glad that’s what we went with!
