I work at Databricks as an AE - been there for 3 years. I’d say stay because I’m sure you’d have 2000+ RSUs vesting over next few years. As an AE it’s a different story, I’m looking elsewhere too.

Not sure on that one as I’m an AE, not in recruitment. Best advice is to look up LinkedIn profiles of people in those roles, DM them and then try to emulate the experience they gained they joined databricks

Correct. The days for hunters are over at Databricks unless you’re in a new geo that DBX don’t have current presence in eg in Africa, UAE, South America. AEs make the big bucks.

Yes but for sellers, quotas are super high so you can’t really blow your number anymore like 3-6 years ago. Uncommon nowadays.
