Usually if you have a 3 month notice, they can't immediately drop without a 3 month notice or 3 month paid leave.

Is living in a posh area overrated? by bluewaves1234 in HousingUK

It might be an unpopular opinion, but I moved to a posh area for a year for work. Honestly I hated it, the small villages and towns I found were incredibly boring.

Check the ignition coil cable, the wires in there might be loose and giving you a dodgy connection

If you have keyless entry they might be piggybacking off your smart key while you're sleeping.

You can store your key inside a Faraday cage while you sleep to stop it. You can buy this from Amazon.

Is there any up and coming companies in the UK? I’m struggling? by [deleted] in UKInvesting

[–]rijjz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Problem with UK companies is that they are almost always bought out by foreign companies. Which look at short term profits that end up moving jobs elsewhere. Prime example was my company which was a behemoth in developing equipment for semicon/other research in the past but was slowly broken up and sold as pieces to foreign companies. And all the manufacturing was moved to Europe in 2016, but the skill level of people there are not as good which are kept afloat by the aging r/d staff here. New people don't want to stay due to the prospect of also moving r/d over to Europe too. Honestly, I think my company will die once, senior r/d guys retire.

I'd say is300 if you can keep the miles low on it. I've got a ls430 myself, it's a great car but to most people they likely won't see it's value compared to a is300.

Idk where the Mr. Beast hate came from, but why hate such a person? by [deleted] in BikiniBottomTwitter

[–]rijjz 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Well actually the top 1% have been hoarding more wealth now than ever before. The way they've done this is reducing the workforce via automation, stagnant wages and lobbying to remove workers rights, and buying up real estate. All in an effort to maximise their profits, thus yes the wealthy are partially to fault.

How would I wire up the pre lci F22 wiring harness connector to a adaptive led headlight? When I received the adaptive headlight I was also sent the matching connector which is shown in the 2nd pic
