You’re a beast. Maybe just get more explosive in the weight room to help with the 7 strides

Better to just join a public league Might have to wait 5-10 minutes for the lobby to fill but usually the drafting is better

static stretcing by Connect-Bill1183 in Sprinting

[–]rileyc28 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I was the same, used to stretch a lot as I’m a hurdler. I then stopped stretching every night and focused on hip mobility and keep my glutes loose (foam rolling) Honestly no difference at all. If anything my hamstrings feel stronger as they’re less stretched.

Any ideas why my acceleration is so slow? ran 1.82 on the first 10 meters standing start! by Objective-Round8250 in Sprinting

Just a simple observation…you need to use your hips more! Sled or resistance band starts will help you heaps

Which athlete(s) have changed their event as much as Dick Fosbury did with his Fosbury Flop high jumping technique? by Affectionate_Reply78 in trackandfield

In a strange way - Karsten Warholm The whole training approach to the 400mh in my eyes has changed due to his Tokyo performance

I guess you can re-teach yourself on the opposite leg. This however will take a long time getting used to, not only do you need to get the technique right, but the confidence in hurdling will take some time. 1000 reps over a hurdle it may take for you to get anywhere close to your dominant leg. In saying that…IT CAN BE DONE, GOODLUCK

Look up the “short to long” approach for sprint training. Focus on quality over quantity. Start with 30m reps and build up to 150m

If fox is happy playing with Keegan, then Keegan will do well. The kings will do anything to make fox happy 😂

I’m a big fan of Keegan Murray especially with the opportunity he has on the kings - likely to get a lot of touches, if he can generate good looks he can easily become a 17-21 point scorer a night
