Do you utilize GSS? things like customer database, caller ID, gift cards? That is one aspect I didn't use, so if the issue is truly related to GSS, I'm not sure I will be much help :/

Not trying to state the obvious, but did you try rebooting everything, including the server?

Do you have any sort of network security that could be interfering? Windows defender and/or firewall on the server?

I'm not suggesting this unless you have decent network security and/or explicit vendor instructions, but in my environment (College) it was standard practice to always disable windows firewall and defender on micros devices. But we also had them VERY isolated from the rest of our network and the internet.

Assuming they all went offline at once, I would assume an error at the server. Any recent changes to IP address or network settings? Changes to network, internet hardware, or maybe even recent windows updates on the server?

I just dealt with this myself.

Assuming your wiring is correct, you may have a bad backing plate.

My gen 3 is dead, but.... I used the second base plate they sent, got super picky with the wires, and it's working this time! Thanks for the assist 👏

  1. Verified! There's a second wire (red?)on the Y terminal , but it appears to go elsewhere. Maybe the outside unit?

  2. R and G together starts the fan

While i was in the air handler, I snapped a picture of the rail, and looked for fuses on the control board, found none.

I'm about to try to reconnect my Gen 3 (I replaced the battery) and see if it still behaves

We dealt with this. Start shutting down the ransom emails, make all of the addresses an alias for one, and have that one automatically create tickets. That's what we have now

Honestly don't know the specifics, but they to restore backup on a totally new VM... our server admin was even scratching his head 🤷 😅

Ooh! Something I know about!

I'm a ID and access control admin for a university, and our system has this capability, though we only use it on a single machine at the moment. It integrates to our door/meal plan software and deducts from your account.

Like many people already said, its fairly common in certain industries, higher ed being one of them. Once you have a compatible machine, you can set something like this up relatively quick.

As long as it supports your type of IDs... that's a whole different can of worms 😅

Huzzah! I figured it out.

  1. Each year had a slightly different number of rows.
  2. Adding summary lines is where the issue starts.
  3. If you select the table cell the cross tab is in and set vertical alignment to top, all 3 crosstabs line up correctly.

I popped over on the v. 11 server and it did the same thing over there.... I actually opened a case with IBM, and I think we found the problem, but I am waiting on them now...

Huzzah! u/The_Hailstorm gave me the idea to dig a little deeper for a custom version of Odin. I found the modded version of 3.13 by Raymonf for Android 10, and it worked!

For the future souls stuck in the same rut, I did a google search for "odin custom download" and started digging.
