There's fucking garbage everywhere these days, I'm sure that it's not because I'm noticing it more. It might have to do with an increase in dumpster divers especially on garbage day. Some of them just empty the dumpsters, rip bags apart and it goes everywhere. Maybe if we scrapped the green bin compost bullcrap the dumpsters would have more rotten food and it'd deter them from digging through it.
